At the same time I declare that I have read the information about the administrator and the rights of the person whose personal data are being processed by Logintrade S.A, provided below and in item 7 of the Regulations. *

According to art. 13 sec. 1 and sec. 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council from April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (GDPR), we would like to inform you that:

3. Your personal data are processed for the period necessary to perform the service.
4. You have the right to access the content of your personal data and to rectify, erase or limit their processing and rectification, and the right to object to the processing and to transfer the data..
5. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time. The exercise of the right of withdrawal shall not affect the processing carried out on the basis of the consent prior to the withdrawal.

7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if, in your opinion, the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the EU regulation on personal data protection - the GDPR.
8. You provide personal data voluntarily, but this is a prerequisite for the use of the Procurement Platform.
9. The Controller does not envisage sharing the processed data with third parties, except as provided by law.
10. The Controller does not allow the use of the services indicated in these Regulations anonymously or with the use of a pseudonym.
11. Your personal data will not be processed automatically and will not be profiled.
