Dear Sirs,
We kindly inform you that on November 2nd, 2021, GRUPA LOTOS S.A. transferred an organized part of the enterprise intended to LOTOS ASFALT Sp. z o.o. to conduct refining activities in Gdańsk, therefore the ordering party was changed from Grupa LOTOS S.A. to "LOTOS Asfalt" Sp. z o. o. In the above scope, the ordering party in the contract will change.
In relation to the above, please confirm the validity of your offer in this procurement procedure by concluding the provision "I accept the ordering party's change in this procedure from Grupa LOTOS S. A. to" LOTOS Asfalt "Sp. z o. o. in the content of the appendix to the commercial offer ”.

Dear Sirs,

LOTOS Group S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Contracting Authority”) would like to invite you to the partner selection process for:
PWK WU/154/2021/AW: Comprehensive Catalyst handling - Turnaround 2022

A detailed description of the subject of this Request for Quotation is included in Annex 1a-b, 2a-d, 3a-c and 4 to this Request for Quotation.


The offer of the Contractor that has not followed the mandatory site inspection shall be rejected for formal reasons.

The Contractor shall be obliged to read the information provided in the Request for Quotation and in documents attached thereto thoroughly and use such information as the basis for Bid preparation.


Please note that any changes to the Contract template comprising Annex 9 to this Request for Quotation are allowed to negotiate only during Q&A – point 4. B. of this Request of Offer.
