1. The proceedings are conducted on the basis of the OWZ in force at Cersanit S.A., the Civil Code and other mandatory provisions of law.

2. For the performance of the concluded Agreement, the OWZ shall apply to the extent not regulated separately by the Parties in the Tender Procedure. The submission of the Offer is tantamount to the acceptance of the OWZ by the Supplier.

3. The selection of the offer will be tantamount to the conclusion of the Agreement between the Parties to the tender procedure.

Choosing an offer submitted by your company will require the following documents to be attached:

- Current extract from the KRS or CEiDG or an extract from another official state register of entrepreneurs (in the case of a Supplier registered outside Poland)

- Power of attorney for the Supplier's representative (attachment 4)

- Declaration of having the status of a large entrepreneur (attachment5)

- SUPPLIER'S DECLARATION OF RELATIONSHIP WITH THE CERSANIT GROUP_pl_eng (attachment 9)

The Supplier who did not deliver to Cersanit S.A. also encloses the following documents with the Offer:

1. Certificate of tax residence - in the case of a foreign supplier,

2. Document confirming the Supplier's tax activity,

3. Statement on the Supplier's bank account (attachment 8)
