Grupa Lotos SA with registered office in Gdańsk, 80-718, at ul. Elbląska 135, invites you to submit an offer for the delivery of materials according to the specification.

Additional requirements:

- Grupa Lotos SA reserves the right to accept whole offer or in part

 -We reserve the right to select a supplier for specific items of the inquiry or to divide the product range among suppliers.

- Replacements of other producers than showed in the query are not allowed

- Offers from suppliers authorized by the required producers will be accepted

The bidder submits the offer only through the Logintrade Purchasing Platform. Please add offers in pdf attachment . Along with the offer, it is absolutely necessary to confirm the requirements set out in the content of the request for proposal and compliance with Grupa LOTOS S.A. standards.

The offer should be prepare in 2 separate pdf files : Commercial and Technical and include information as below :

The commercial offer includes:

1. Price for the subject of this enquiry

2. Delivery time

3. Terms of delivery: DDP Grupa LOTOS S.A., in accordance with Incoterms 2010, (transport cost

Packing etc ).

4. Validity of the offer: min. 60 days

5. Warranty period

5. Payment conditions if different than confimed by platform

The technical offer ( without prices ) includes :

a. Technical documentation, i.e. technical drawings, catalog cards.

b. products need to be new and has standard warranty 24 months – or other according producer declaration

Failure to meet the above requirements may be the reason of rejecting the offer.

Please be advised that payments will be made by bank transfer using the payment mechanism within 30 days from the date of receipt by the Employer of the invoice to the Supplier's bank account number.
