Tender Invitation
The process of selecting the Seller No.: FK/JS/ 160004977/2021 – 3-WAY SE RECEPTACLE TO DIGITRON P3 PENETRATOR Siemens Energy.
LOTOS Petrobaltic SA (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer), having its registered office in Gdansk, 80-758, ul. Stary Dwór 9, invites to participate in the tender.

The subject of enquiry of the tender is the supply of the following items:
1. RIGHT ANGLE HARNESS TRONIC PN: T21457-00 REV 03
3-WAY SE RECEPTACLE TO DIGITRON P3 PENETRATOR TERMINATED TO SENSOR
SIEMENS ENERGY DRAWING NUMBER: T33319 & PCF00050
MANUFACTURED BY SIEMENS ENERGY              - 4 pcs.

Consisting of:
1 qty Free issue Pressure Transmitter Ametek Gulton-Statham
Model no: PG3000-05M-42-12-XX-00-51
1 qty DigiTRON P3 Penetrator: BJBP-0124-AA
1 qty K2 SE Receptacle Connector: K2-SE-B036/SS/003PG
1 qty of 1.4m AquaTRON 50 hose terminated jumper: TC6A-700
1 qty Sprial Guard: SGX20
1 qty Factory Acceptance Test



According to an internal procedure of LOTOS Petrobaltic, the Contractor will be selected in tender:
• unrestricted,
a selection criteria will be:
• price, delivery time and technical opinion
Full offers should be placed at Logintrade till 29.03.2021 at 2 p.m.
  
Information will be given by mail, through:
• purchasing platform LOGINTRADE, at the time indicated – 22.03.2021 at 2 p.m.

II. RESERVATIONS CUSTOMER
1. The Contractor is obliged to refer to the information contained in this invitation to tender and its annexes and prepare a tender in accordance to the requirements specified in this document.
2. The Buyer shall not be liable for any costs of the Contractor concerning the preparation of the offer and attended by the Contractor in any negotiations.
3. The Buyer reserves the right to reject the offer of the Contractor for any reason.
4. The Buyer reserves the right to cancel this tender without giving any reason and the ability to conduct negotiations with the selected Contractor or Contractors till the time of signing the contract. The choice of the Contractor or Contractors for further negotiations does not constitute acceptance of the offer within meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
5. The Buyer reserves, that all information provided in this invitation to tender and any other information and documents that will be submitted to the Contractor in connection with the preparation of the bid are legally protected business secret Buyer.
6. Contractors shall be notified of the outcome made.
