Tytuł zapytania

Treść zapytania:

On Mazowsze plant the hot air recovery system is used. It consist 4 Sacmi kilns a 7 vertical drier EVA 993.
The 993 Eva drier is replaced by ECO drier.

The task is to connect existing recovery system to new horizontal drier ECP, assembled on line no 1 and connect to tunel drier also. Tunel drier is for blow-drying.

In case of proceeding the task, it need to:
A/ Calculate and revise the assumption after set up of 2 new heat receivers.
B/ Project the way of connection to new heat receivers.
C/ Work out the modification scope of existing recovery system in case of connecting.

Data of 2 new heat receivers:
1 EKO Sacmi 5 level drier ECP 285/28,2.
2 Tunel drier ELS 4/1 to air-blow of the tiles. Gas consumption 60 cubic meters/h

Please read the attachments to this Inquiry, in particular with the attachment Documentary Requirements. By submitting an offer in response to this request for quotation, the Supplier confirms that it is aware that:

1. The proceedings are conducted on the basis of the OWZ in force at Cersanit S.A., the Civil Code and other mandatory provisions of law.

2. For the performance of the concluded Agreement, the OWZ shall apply to the extent not regulated separately by the Parties in the Tender Procedure. The submission of the Offer is tantamount to the acceptance of the OWZ by the Supplier.

3. The selection of the offer will be tantamount to the conclusion of the Agreement between the Parties to the tender procedure.

We have instructions for suppliers (downloadable from www.opoczno.eu).

Choosing an offer submitted by your company will require the following documents to be attached:

- Current extract from the KRS or CEiDG or an extract from another official state register of entrepreneurs (in the case of a Supplier registered outside Poland)

- Power of attorney for the Supplier's representative (attachment 4)

- Declaration of having the status of a large entrepreneur (attachment5)

- SUPPLIER'S DECLARATION OF RELATIONSHIP WITH THE CERSANIT GROUP_pl_eng (attachment 9)

The Supplier who did not deliver to Cersanit S.A. also encloses the following documents with the Offer:

1. Certificate of tax residence - in the case of a foreign supplier,

2. Document confirming the Supplier's tax activity,

3. Statement on the Supplier's bank account (attachment 8)
