We invite you to submit an offer for the delivery and replacement of a 180 kA high-current disconnector in the II graphitsation.

The service applies to the plant in Nowy Sącz/Poland.

The case concerns furnace no. 6, where the plus of the furnace is currently in the high-current path disconnector 150 kA.

We plan the replacement date for June.

Other remarks:

- The bidder shall present to the offer the expected terms of payment, and in case of advance payments the assurance that it will receive bank/insurance guarantee, the costs of which he will cover (the condition of receiving an advance payment is prior (the condition for receiving an advance payment is to provide the Contracting Authority with a bank or insurance guarantee for the advance payment)

- The Tenderer will include proposals for payment terms and guarantee terms in the quotation.

- Within 14 days of signing the contract, the Contractor shall provide the following guarantees insurance/bank guarantee of due performance of the contract , i.e. insurance/bank guarantee of good performance of the contract - in the amount of 10% of the gross contract value for the period from the date of issuance to the day of completion of the works (quoted from the contract)

- After protocol acceptance of completed works, the Contractor shall deliver, no later than by the date of payment of the final invoice, an insurance/bank guarantee for proper elimination of defects and faults in the amount of 5% of the gross contract value for the warranty and guarantee period.

Additional formal conditions:

1. The provided materials, are covered by the confidentiality clause. Copying and distribution for purposes not related to the scope of work necessary to submit an offer without the consent of the Purchaser is prohibited. Violations will be raised in accordance with the provisions of the Civil and Commercial Code.

2. Purchaser reserves the right to reject the offer without givingreasons for doing so.

3. The costs of preparing and submitting the offer shall be borne solely by the Bidder.

5. Purchaser reserves the right to modify or supplement the terms of the subject of the inquiry (order).

6. Purchaser reserves the right to freely choose the offer, postpone the date of the tender, negotiate the price and cancel the proceedings.

7. Purchaser doesn't provide social and office facilities.

8. Warranty conditions including the product or service offered must be attached to the offer.

9. The date by which the Tenderer will be bound by the submitted offer is 60 days from the set date for submission of bids.
