Dear All,
According to our Request for Proposal No. WU/235/2020/AA for „Study for the Evaluation of Process Technology Options to Remove Ammonia from the Claus Feed Gases”, please be informed about the dates of the bid process changed as follows:
1. Extension of the confirmation of the participation in this bid process (applies to Bidders who have not yet participated in the clarification meetings): till 3rd of March, 2021. It should be confirmed via Procurement Platform.
2. Obligatory clarification meeting (Teams/ Skype form) shall be executed: till 3rd of March, 2021.
The Bidders shall provide the contact details to person/s planned for such clarification meeting on behalf of Bidder (e-mail address and telephone number).
3. On-site inspection is NOT obligatory for the Bidders.
On-site inspection shall be executed up to 3rd of March, 2021. In order to arrange the on-site inspection date, you should contact:

NOTE!!!
Confirmation of the participation in this bid process, by of 4th of February, 2021. It should be confirmed via Procurement Platform.
Bidders who confirm the participation in this bid process shall be invited for obligatory clarification meeting (Skype form).
The clarification meetings shall be executed up to 18th of February, 2021.
The above confirmation shall comprise the contact details to person/s planned for such clarification meeting on behalf of Bidder (e-mail address and telephone number).
On-site inspection is NOT obligatory for the Bidders.
