4. Validity of the offer
  Required period of offer validity - min. 60 days from the date of the offer

Any technical questions regarding the technical specification should be asked via Logintrade purchasing platform.
Contact with members of the Committee outside the path may result exclusion of a supplier from this contractor selection procedure.

6.3. Offers
 The bidder submits the offer only through the Logintrade Purchasing Platform. Please add offers in two pdf attachments - commercial and technical (without prices) . Both need to include delivery date. Along with the offer, it is absolutely necessary to confirm the requirements set out in the content of the request for proposal and compliance with Grupa LOTOS S.A. standards. Please clearly indicate any deviations from the requirements. The offer should be made in English.

 The substantive (technical) part includes:
 a. Technical information required in the request for quotation, excluding the price,
 b. Technical documentation, i.e. technical drawings, catalog cards.
 The commercial part contains:
 a. The price for the subject of the inquiry.
 b. The Bidder is required to specify in the offer and provide the amount of remuneration for the transfer of copyright and related rights to the documentation.

Formal documents:
Together with the offer, the Bidder will provide scans of the following documents:
 •   Registration document,
 •   Certificates of VAT or EU VAT  ,
 •   Power of attorney to submit an offer,
• Financial statements for the last financial year
• SEED number if exist

7. Grupa LOTOS S.A. reserves the right to cancel the contractor selection process, close the process without selecting a contractor, and may negotiate with the selected bidder or bidders until the contract is signed / the order is issued. The selection of the bidder (s) for further negotiations does not constitute acceptance of the offer or settlement of the tender within the meaning of the Civil Code. In this case, Bidders shall not be entitled to any financial claims against the Employer.

8. Grupa LOTOS S.A. reserves the right to accept / reject the offer in whole or in part.
