Grupa LOTOS S.A. is inviting to take part in a tender procedure for an independent inspector for the catalyst sampling and supervision of sampling operations.

We would like to appoint an inspector for the sampling of the precious catalyst (Pt) who will be in the US, Williston on behalf of Grupa LOTOS S.A, Poland.
Service: INSPECTION, WEIGHING AND SAMPLING, Pt content analysis

Name of the catalyst: I-82 PENEX
Quantity: ~41.250 kg (~50 m3)
The expected amount of Pt: 99 kg

Packing: non-returnable, steel drums a 200l
Waste code: 16 08 01, catalyst is classified as "green listed" waste

Deadline for submitting questions and offers in accordance with the dates indicated in Purchasing Platform (below).

Currency: USD
Terms of payment: 30 days from the invoice date
Availability: February 2021 in the US. Williston to be confirmed 2 weeks ahead
Executive sampling summary and report will be done by the contractor after the supervision.

Please submit your offer, taking your experience and historical data into consideration (duration of the supervision 10-14 days should be sufficient, if longer please indicate it in your offer).

Tender content and form:
Questions should be asked only via the Logintrade Procurement Platform within terms indicated in the inquiry.
Tenderers may submit a tender only via the Logintrade Procurement Platform.

A complete tender should consist of two parts – a substantive, technical part and a commercial one.
The tender should be drawn up in Polish or English.

The substantive and technical part should include:
• Information required in the invitation excluding the price,
A scan of:
• Power of proxy to submit the tender,
• In case of foreign entities – a certificate of residency,
• Completed and signed Annex No. 1
In order for a commercial tender to be reviewed it must comply with technical requirements.

The commercial part should include:
The price for the subject matter described in the invitation as well as other parameters indicated in the commercial section on the Logintrade Procurement Platform.

All prices indicated in the tender should be net prices (excluding VAT). Costs resulting from provision of all other services referred to in the technical documentation attached to the invitation as well as annexes to it must be included in the tender.
