I invite You to submit an offer to sell ceramic rolls for the Cersanit Group Plants in Opoczno, Wałbrzych and Cersanit Invest Ukraina.

The inquiry contains our annual demand for rolls in various technical parameters for 3 plants producing ceramic tiles.

Detailed information can be found in the attached technical specification.

The cheapest offers will qualify for the second stage of negotiations.

If your offer is selected, all documents will be required.

Please attach the product specifications to your offer.

Based on your offers, the main supplier of rolls for the Cersanit Group plants will be selected.

"Please read the attachments to this Inquiry, in particular the attachment Documentary Requirements. The supplier, by submitting an offer in response to this inquiry, confirms that he is aware that:

1. The proceedings are conducted on the basis of the GTCP in force at Cersanit S.A., the Civil Code and other mandatory provisions of law.

2. For the performance of the concluded Agreement, the GTCP shall apply to the extent not regulated separately by the Parties in the Tender Procedure. The submission of the Offer is tantamount to the acceptance of the GTC by the Supplier.

3. The selection of the Offer will be tantamount to the conclusion of the Agreement between the Parties to the Bidding Procedure. ”We have instructions for suppliers (downloadable from www.opoczno.eu).

The Supplier who did not deliver to Cersanit S.A. also encloses the following documents with the Offer: 1. Certificate of tax residence - in the case of a foreign supplier,

2. Document confirming the Supplier's tax activity,

3. Statement on the Supplier's bank account (8_BANK ACCOUNT STATEMENT)
