We would like to inform that Grupa Azoty Zakłady Azotowe Kędzierzyn S.A. invites to submit an offer for delivery of :
Set of spare parts for electromagnetic vibrating heads :
• Typ WA 338C nr : 1101022, 1101023, 1101025, 1306039, 1411033
• Typ WA 338N2C nr : 1411036, 1504011, 1610065, 1504014
… according to attached drawing and list of spare parts ,positions as follows :
1) No. 5. - Article No: 102245 - Hammer ball fit fixation of stem - 10 items
2) No. 15. - Article No: 102113 - Seal 195x130x2, Neoprene - 20 items
3) No. 9. - Article No: 101128 - Intermediate plate with glass-fiber reinforced - 30 items
4) No. 14. Art. ? - Stem seal ( Stösseldichtung) -Silopren - 20 items
5) No. 11. Art. ? - Spring immersion with steel insert ( Federauchnahme mit Stahleinlage) - 30 items
The buyer accepts replacements on condition that they are identical to the original manufacturer - Rhewum.

An offer should contain:
- price for the item including delivery cost on DDP Kędzierzyn-Koźle Magazyn Odbiorcy POLAND (according to INCOTERMS 2010),
- unit prices for each of 5 items
- the total value of the offer,
- delivery date,
- terms of payment (preferable – payment 30 days after delivery),
- terms of guarantee,
The offer will be assessed on the above criteria.
The company reserves the right to free choice of the offers according to the criteria enclosed in the enquiry, not to choose any offer and to finish the offer campaign without giving reasons, to cancel offer campaign before the deadline of making offers or before opening bids without giving reasons, to change conditions of offer campaign defined in enquiry anytime, to run the additional negotiations with the chosen bidders and to invalidate offer campaign without giving reasons.
Acceptance of the offer requires written approval of the Purchaser.
