Dear Sirs,

Grupa LOTOS S.A. is hereby inviting your company to place an official quotation for recovery of metals from Spent Catalyst from the reactor 930 R2, R3 in compliance with all terms and conditions included herewith.

Classified as: "amber" list catalysts
Catalyst code (according to the Regulation (EC) No.1013/2006): A2030
The Buyer will provide the confirmation of the waste recycling within 1 year from generating the waste.
Code of recovery operations: R4 (recovery of metals and metal compounds)and R8 (recovery of components from Catalysts)
Packing: certified bins
Availability: From 15th of March 2021
Terms of delivery: EXW Grupa LOTOS S.A. or DDP Buyer's site, according to Incoterms 2020. The transportation Company shall have the registration in BDO for the code 16 08 02*.
Terms of payment: 30 days after sending/analyzing the catalyst

Questions should be submitted until 15.07.2020

4. The financial statements for the last financial year or a statement that the activity does not require it.
5. Certificate of non-taxation not older than 3 months (issued by the tax office).
