Grupa LOTOS S.A. is pleased to invite you to take part in a tender procedure concerning purchase of catalysts for Hydrogen Generation Plant HGU II - 0270.

Guarantees shall be set for the following parameters :

a) Cycle length
b) Pre-reformed gas composition for SOR and EOR
c) Syngas composition for SOR and EOR
d) Pressure drop


Please find below 4 groups of catalysts:

Group 1 hydrogenation catalyst (CoMo): R100 – 9m3 + 3% spare + support
Group 2 steam reformer catalyst F101 (2 layers): 11,78m3 + 3% spare and 17,6m3+3%spare 
Group 3 prereformer catalyst: R102: aprox. 23,8m3 + 3% spare + support
Group 4 HT CO shift catalyst R103: 30m3+3% spare + support (1” high alumina ceramic balls – 3,44m3)


Date of delivery: February 2021
Terms of delivery: DDP – Gdańsk, Grupa LOTOS SA/Incoterms 2020
Currency: EUR
Terms of Payment: 30 days from invoice date

Deadlines:
confirmation of participation: until 08.05.2020, 2 p.m.
non-disclosure agreement and references until 20.05.2020, 2 p.m. 
offer submission 29.05.2020, 2 p.m.


Packing: Big Bags or steel drums

Please provide at least 3 references from the same or similar units during last 5 years, which is a formal requirement (excluding pilot plant units).

Kindly attach MSDS (in Polish) and product specifications (in English and/or Polish).
Please find attached our inquiry and technical requirements.

Please provide below information of your Company:

3. Number from the Register of Entrepreneurs Relevant to the Country
4. Tax number
5. National Business Registry Number
6. EU VAT Number
7. The date since your company started operating on the market (according to the register of entrepreneurs)

Please also provide the following documents:

1. Copy from the register of entrepreneurs.
2. Confirmation of registration of the entity as an active VAT taxpayer.
3. Confirmation of holding an authorization / concession or declaration that your business does not require it.
4. The financial statements for the last financial year or a statement that the activity does not require it.
5. Certificate of non-taxation not older than 3 months (issued by the tax office).


After providing the participation confirmation and references to the inquiry along with confidential agreement (NDA) Buyer shall provide all necessary technical information as: operating pressures, temperatures, feed gas compositions, S/C ratio etc.
