Dear Sir or Madam,

Your company is invited by Tokai COBEX (TCX) to participate in a “Request for Information (RFI)” for in-bound logistics covering dry bulk materials, in specific coke, anthracite and synthetic graphite. Transport modes shall be by sea, road and rail. Additional requirements by TCX include warehousing and related services in ARA and sea ports in Poland.

Your company responses to the RFI will be evaluated in due time. TCX will provide feedback and information whether your company has qualified to participate in a subsequent “Request for Quotation (RFQ)”.

Please note that the RFI will commence on 15.04.2020 and closes on 24.04.2020. All RFI information by your company shall be provided during that period and will be kept strictly confidential.

All RFI information and questions shall be submitted via the online tool “LoginTrade”. You will reveive the login link with an email from Login Trade on 15.04.20.

Questions and answers related to the RFI will only be done via the LoginTrade platform. Please contact Markus Paul via the contact details mentioned there.

You can upload attachments (e.g. company presentation) to “LoginTrade”.


After completion of the RFI file, please upload the file to "Login Trade".
